Pros
Since I joined earlier this year, one of the constants has been the great people I get to work with each day. The team is committed and eager to help each other. We work towards achieving big goals, but we do it together. A few new leaders have joined in the last couple months, and they've all got really great vision and strong work ethics. They aren't afraid of their teams failing, as long as we fail fast and learn something from it. The environment has been very collaborative and encouraging. As a parent with small kids, the flexibility Sendoso provides is second-to-none. I have not missed any extra curricular event my kids need to attend, and I'm encouraged to take PTO to put my family first. This is exactly the place I want to be working for many years to come!
Cons
Being 100% remote can be hard some days, but leadership is aware and makes an effort to find ways everyone can interact virtually. We also just got done with our company off-site, where we all got to be together in person. It was so nice to see people face-to-face and get to know them on another level.
