      Inclusive, Transparent, Family Friendly, Purpose Driven, Supportive, Honest, Innovative - Sendle actually walk the talk! So exciting to be part of a company that is working towards making a difference and in a role that I've been encouraged to make my own.

      Cons

      Still in a growth phase, constantly reviewing and evolving, so if you aren't comfortable with change, this may not be the place for you. However, they are very open and involve everyone in the decision making process and always encouraging input and feedback.

      Remote work with asynchronous teams on great equipment with a nice allowance to upgrade the home office at hiring time.

      None come to mind at this time.
