      Pros

      Free sodas, coffee, and water. Things are always changing and the company is growing very fast so there is room for advancement but not very much in Dallas. Their growth is up north.

      Cons

      Very old fashioned management style where employees aren't treated well.

      Pros

      Remote environment available but highly micromanaged.

      Cons

      The most toxic environment I have ever worked in my 18 year career. They treat you like little children that need to ask for permission to use restroom, eat lunch.
