Highly competent product leads, strong product culture, highly horizontal organizational structure (you don't need 10 approvals and 10 months wait time to chat with the CEO), mature and useful product
Cons
Low salaries, chances for layoffs, low level of data-driven decision-making (immature data analytics team), not enough transparency in the key decision-making from the side of top management
