Great place to work. Fast growth

Management can be better organized.

Man, I was excited to start here. Friendly people, energetic, informal atmosphere, fast growth, interesting product. The company is (still) doing great, so the negativity might be me. 😂

People are friendly and bubbly until they aren't. They market themselves great as a future employer but the "talent magician" department is the opposite beyond that: values don't align, incrowds, favoritism (even nepotism), gossip, everyone except for the board seem to be just smiling and saying yes for the sake of it and then scheming/complaining about things in secret. It was a literal minefield where you had to avoid stepping on darling projects, trusting what people around you say, appreciating someone frowned upon by (people close to) the board and not having a straight connection to the board to save yourself. Things might have changed now, but they had a great product idea and a cool management, although the latter having too much faith in (and being sucked up to) by a lot of incompetent people in the 1st/2nd degree looking out for themselves and playing games.
