Pros

The team members are great and do a great job with no clear strategy or leadership direction.

Cons

The executive team have no clue. The CEO doesnt value his team at all and lives in the dark ages when it comes to enabling and empowering the team. Any culture is purely achieved through great team members not through any framework of setting team members up for success. When team members leave its writen off as they were the wrong fit as the CEOs ego is too large to take on board any feedback at all. The company has great opporutnity but will ultimate fail through poor leadership, lack of strategy and direction.

Pros

Since the start of the year there’s been a massive shift. Honestly, a lot of things really needed to change (You can see from previous reviews on this page), and they actually have. The business feels like it has new energy and momentum now, and there’s a lot of excitement about where it’s heading. Some of the big things that have made a difference: Remote-first work (finally!) Better parental leave, LTI incentives, Pay is now at or above market for everyone Feels like a lot more investment is happening in people and culture It’s had a huge impact on the team – morale feels better, people are more engaged, and there’s just a lot more positivity day to day.

Cons

Things are moving quickly, so it can feel a bit full on, and we need to watch out for burn out but it’s moving in the right direction.

Pros

Nice office in Sydney, GC office is a dive. Most of the operational people know their business and good to work with. Can make money if you are given good leads.

Cons

Business doesn't do anything special, we offer much less than most of our competitors but CEO is convinced we are market leading. The business doesn't have any real technology. And is years being our competitors. Leadership are huge micro-managers as they don't know any other way of leading.
