- Change is a constant, but changes done way to often can be disruptive
- New tasks, or job responsibilities will be assigned taking more and more bandwidth
- It's all about efficiency and time management, lots of customer meetings, and administrative tasks as well, along with new things to do
- KPI, targets, change very often
- not much career growth opportunities when starting in a IC role
- team leaders and team structures get shuffled several times a year
- but honestly, this is a great company to work for the best experience I've had working for anyone. The pay is great, the product is great, the people are great, all the internal processes whether communication, reports, workflows, operational, and yeah everything is running like a fine tuned well oiled machine
