Unclear Expectations - Account Executive Semrush Employee Review

Dear Colleague, Career development opportunities were presented to the entire Sales team in Q4. All the criteria were explained, and the future steps were described in detail. We also mentioned that we would be moving forward with this strategy starting from Q1, and so we do. It's fair to mention that we have plenty of vertical and horizontal opportunities to grow within the company. Regarding compensation, the shift from the Sales band model to the Segmented sales model took place in July 2023.
