      Pros

      This company has a unique atmosphere and culture of self-managed teams, many cool people are working here. The company gives me a freedom of choosing the way to work and people here are inspiring me every day :)

      Cons

      This company is not for people who want to hear the "commands from the boss", there are no bosses who will tell you what to do. Also, there are not many opportunities to work from home (I hope it will be changed in the future)

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
