Pros

Decent Pay Fulfilling to be in a position to assist patients with the high cost of healthcare Remote environment

Cons

ZERO grow potential despite being told otherwise. Lead on with promises of “possible” future roles that never materialize. The operations team is treated as less than, othered and made to feel as if they aren’t even part of the company. Previously all teams were provided unlimited PTO, salary flexible schedule etc. Recently the entire ops team was switched to hourly and conveniently this did NOT include ops managers/leads No longer offered unlimited PTO, now mandatory unpaid lunches and required to clock in and clock out. Constantly micromanaged and tracking of time. Operations is consistently undervalued, under appreciated and treated differently. Further cemented by ops being reclassified and no longer having the same perks and benefits the entire rest of the company continues to enjoy.

Pros

Exec Leadership is stellar – they’re not just focused on shaping the company’s strategic vision; they’re also eager to roll up their sleeves and tackle challenges alongside the team. Colleagues are low-ego, exceptionally smart individuals who bring diverse perspectives and share a deep commitment to the company’s mission, creating a collaborative and inspiring environment. Growth opportunities are unmatched – with competitive salaries and a strong focus on promoting high-performing individuals from within, making it a great place to advance your career.

Cons

Environment is very fast-paced – achieving balance can be challenging at times. However, exec team sets a positive example from the top down; many actively balance workload with hobbies, newborns, side-gigs, and understand that we all have lives outside of work. There is also a generous PTO policy and taking time off is encouraged.

Pros

Decent pay, fully remote, admirable mission, delightful patients.

Cons

Growth opportunities within the company are minimal. While future roles are occasionally advertised internally, they seldom come to fruition. Job security is a significant concern due to multiple rounds of unexpected mass layoffs. Compensation reviews are infrequent and typically yield only modest increases. Leadership often attributes layoffs to delays or issues with contract renewals, yet the business development team—responsible for securing those contracts—remains unaffected during workforce reductions. Transparency regarding the company's overall health and direction is lacking. Leadership frequently makes vague promises about major upcoming initiatives, only to follow up with layoffs affecting even top-performing employees.
