Located in a easily accessible area within Budapest. Mostly stress-free. Acceptable work-life balance. Nice environment and offices, but it's a typical open office everywhere. You can catch some interesting projects. Steep learning curve and great growth opportunities in the first few years.
Cons
High levels of micromanagement and a low-trust environment. Non-existing career advancement opportunities. Professional development is not supported in certain departments and you're treated like a blue-collar worker. Tasks get monotonous over time. While salaries used to grow nicely in the past, they are now starting to lag behind. Strictly enforced hours and rules with zero flexibility: it's all about precise clock-in/clock-out tracking and constant micromanagement of your time. The written and unwritten HR rules are terrible, unique (in a bad way), and demotivate everyone. Team leads and middle management lack leadership skills.
