Coudnt find any pros about this company. Only one thing could attend a campus placement and then given less salary than agreed to them and getting ashamed infront of them. Worst feeling ever.

its difficult to even count them. no proper washroom facility. toilets were same for both men and women, where in no one use to flush or leave there pee or poop there. The Management - unpredictable them. You need to to record there words cuz they change like the time changes every second. Not helpful or comfortable. They keep a eye on you through cameras and talk to people only looking at camera that what the person is doing. Aprreciation - i dont think they know what it means.

I have been a project manager for a major IT company and switching to a growing but smaller company was the decision which took some time to finalize. In the end i made the right choice. The company has wide array or projects and lots for opportunities for growth. I recommend it to any high level executive looking for a change.

I have noticed that many times client wants the tech lead to visit on site and sometimes to another country which is a terrific opportunity but the management seems to avoid it for no relevant reason.
