Walking out! Freedom from the insanity! Getting away from this circus. Having to come up with 20 words for this section. Ugh.
Cons
They make promises of a great career for business minded people! NOT!! You will be subjected to endless hours of worthless "training" which is really the owner bragging about how great and smart he is. You will receive very little on the job training. Do not attempt to become friendly with co-workers as this is not allowed. You will be subjected to a barrage of emails at 3 am that "cash is low, inventory is high", and be told to sell more! The following week, you learn that the company has rented a huge new office space for 3 employees. Job ads for your position/replacement will continue to run. You will be ignored. You will see hard working employees fired prior to receiving their one year bonus because they were "not a good fit." I could go on for hours, but really do not want to waste any more of my valuable time on this place.
