Pros
- Half-Days on Fridays - The people there were great and easy to get along with. if they werent given a supervisory or higher roll.
Cons
- Almost Mandatory Overtime. - Couldn't Retain workers and downsized the department from what was 7 people to 2 - When speaking to the Supervision/CEOs I had to remember that they cared nothing about you or your lives unless it pertained to the good of the company. - CEOs / Higher ups will Promote from within only if they can use you to preform under their beck and call. I left after a year due to negative work enviroment which caused a detriment to my health.
