      Friendly environment, not much pressure or stress, decent remuneration.

      Cons

      Management does not stick with best strategies for the company, but just following modern trends. Lots of money wasted on useless technologies, overall loss of concept and original company idea.

      A great company that strives to be the best in it's field. There is a lot of freedom in how you do your job and what you focus on.

      Cons

      It is an international company, so working with different timezones can be difficult. The HQ is in the Netherlands, which is a 7 hour time difference.

      Selmers is een innovatief bedrijf, veel ruimte voor inbreng en initiatief. Fijne collega’s en prettige werksfeer. Collega’s staan altijd open om elkaar te helpen. Er wordt op projectmatige wijze, agile wijze samengewerkt.
