Bunch of politicians in the company who just works there for years and adding no value to the business. Employees who been working more than 5 years were forced to resign and owner ended up saying i have to butter my breads as well ! As i said people were adding no value to the business.
Some people still works there for their base salary and comes to work for couple of hours. Bad management particularly Operations,HR & B2B leaders !!! They are well know for ruining career of the most hardworking people in the company by just giving fake promises of supporting Residencies and company ended up being in compliance due to their stupid management and dodgy techniques.
