Support is Lacking They took about their tech a lot but it doesn't match other companies A lot of emphasis on bringing in agents under you The training is very old fashioned If you are a high producing agent I would look elsewhere with a flat split as the 7% adds up quick and no cap means you are paying a lot for not much support
