Pros
Management is laid back and it acts on entrepreneur style, after you know your way around and as long as you act like an adult and a professional you'll be respected and appreciated. You have all the tools you need to sell travel, a vast array of suppliers, competitive prices, good turnover rates with walk-ins and phone calls. The invoicing is automatic through the Amadeus platform which is a very important thing as it saves a lot of time (other peers reading this will understand), the sit cost and commission scheme is very reasonable and it is uncapped. The travel perks kick in after a 6 month period and are probably one of the best in the industry. Your first 3 months are pressure free when it comes to your projected quota but all sales you make start counting for the sit cost since day 1.
Cons
The computers are somewhat obsolete, and so is the OS, that makes the system slow and makes it a little awkward when giving quotes over the phone.
