Pros
Company vehicle. Salary was good for the job they hired me for, not the job I ended up doing.
Cons
From onboarding to union payroll and travel pay, this company can't get it right. Upper management fights amongst themselves because there are no SOP's or any real policies in place; they make it up as they go and can't agree amongst themselves. Upper management has no sense of direction. Trying to grow and expand outwards into other states when they haven't even figured out how to operate the business with the local unions yet. Their foundation (consisting of staff, policies and programs) cannot support the growth they are trying to achieve. They add additional job responsibilities or gaslight you into a different role that you didn't interview for, and they don't have the experience to even understand the difference between the two roles.
