You learn so much and doing many different projects, you are not just a tiny worker but you have the freedom and the credit to do stuff your own way and make things that counts and effects in big scale
Cons
This is not 9-5 job, you are responsible to many things and need to be hands on. Also you need to learn from time to time skills that might not be on you formal job description, which is not suitable to everyone
