We understand that you were not happy with the work-life balance. Being an early stage start-up you have to put in extra efforts. And the only way to improve the system is to work together as a team and not individually as employers & employees. But we are happy to know that your learning was good.

6yThank you for posting a review. Addressing the major concern, you had which is with respect to the pay. For smooth execution of the exit process like knowledge transfer and other relieving formalities, company may hold salary and disburse it in FNF settlement.
We also checked all the Full and Final Settlements till date. All were cleared as per the terms promised. Hope you received yours too. If not, email the HR immediately.
