Pros

Flexible schedule, nice offices and the fact that they lend you all the equipment

Cons

You are basically hired to trick people into thinking that they are calling their energy company. They usually call with a serious issue like a power cut but you have to try to sell them something completely irrelevant that will not fix their problem. They say that the bonuses are easy to achieve but realistically not many people get that much of a better salary than the base salary.
