      Learning and working with therapists of all different backgrounds is amazing.

      Cons

      Low pay, difficult to negotiate raises or be granted one at all for tech position, varied communication from higher management about specific job duties and requirements meeting state laws.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
