Pros
Somewhat flexible hours. Otherwise none.
Cons
Horrible pay. Horrible benefits. Was forced to work with COVID patients without hazard pay then was forced to use my own PTO or go without pay when I inevitably caught COVID from those patients. They push you to pick up patients that are not appropriate for PT and scold you when you aren't able to get your full treatment time in with them. Productivity standards were terrible too. They expected 85% productivity which is not feasible when half your day is spent looking for patients who are ready for PT. I wasn't getting hours at my facility and was begging management to send me elsewhere. Management was so unorganized, another facility reached out to my friend who works PRN to cover shifts. When I complained and stated I needed those hours, I still wasn't sent to that facility. There would be weeks at a time where I was at the facility for 8 hours but only able to bill for 3-4 hours and thus only get paid for 4-5 hours because of the productivity requirements. Obviously that meant I was waiting around unpaid and thus had to find somewhere else to work.
