      Pros

      Some free training, but not much.

      Cons

      Rude to employees. Severe micro-management. Productivity is all that counts....whatever makes them the most money. Therapists work off the clock all the time because of the unrealistic demands. Regional managers not supportive...they will throw you under the bus to protect themselves instead of trying to solve problems.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
