      Pros

      Benefits appear competetive with other rehab companies in the region, except for holiday pay. Co-workers are wonderful.

      Cons

      I do not feel this company values their employees or the patients receiving their services. Focus appears to centered around productivity and profit. This is the only company I have ever worked for that does not provide holiday pay on holidays.

      Flexible schedule, variety of locations, always in need of PRN work

      Need to travel to different facilities if wanting certain number of hours per week Difficult onboarding process

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
