Pros
I have been able to be flexible with my schedule, take 1/2 days for medical appointments, etc. Select University is good to get your CE credits.
Cons
Med insurance is a High Deductible plan, formulary has inconvenient non-coverage. PTO is a little stingy. Currently use Casamba for documentation. This program may provide the company with the info/process, but the program is not written for the OT/PT/SLP daily use. The HR dept has been disorganized.
