Would not recommend at all - Accounting Administrator Select Milk Producers Employee Review

Free fair life milk, benefits (but what place doesn’t offer BC&BS so not much of a pro)

Operations manager had a severe case of power trip ego. Treated me and others like they were dogs. Barking orders, nitpicking and micromanaging menial tasks that had no relevance to core role responsibilities. On top of that, would curse and scream when giving criticism and would make gross comments about personal life. Never any advice on how to improve, no growth opportunities here. If hired, know you won’t have any growth opportunity and may even get salary decreased based off harsh yearly reviews.

- racist, sexist, insular culture and management - loyalty is not rewarded - no opportunities to advance career - no work/life balance - HR only serves to prevent the company from getting sued - No one has your back, you cannot trust anyone in upper management or in HR - Company spreads misinformation about the dairy industry and limits/filters the information they tell employees If you are a woman, person of color, or identify with a minority group/community avoid this company. You will not be treated the same as the old white men or young white girls.
