      Pros

      Great socially, always got along well with colleagues and customers

      Cons

      Salary is low for the physical work required, unreasonable working hours (over 50 hours in some weeks), salary structure is poor (everyone being paid the same regardless of experience and quality), opportunities to work in other areas of the store were blocked as they refused to let me off of shop floor (victim of own success)

      Pros

      Decent pay, banter, some nice people, Breakfast club Driver bonus, but can be hard to get the "A" grade

      Cons

      Working late and it's expected (including saturdays which can be very long days and usually is) treated bad even when working hard yet people do lack of work and get treated like royalty No work/life balance, and management don't really care, just care about their precious target
