Pros

Experiencing and being effective in the residents' transition back into society. The ladies are so worth it! The community is involved in the cause.

Cons

Huge attrition and turnover rate, leading to employees being inadequately trained. Inconsistency in policies and work schedules. Lack of appreciation for those who have given to the agency and implemented programs/policies they were lacking. Lacks diverse opportunities for employees and for those advancing their education. Menial tasks for interns. Pay/benefits does not compensate.
