Management is terrible, work schedule is horrendous. They cut everything of any sort of value once the two companies (Lumos and Spirit) merged. No Bonus, No Pension, No Raises. A few months after that, they cut 50 people like it was nothing. The management and new CEO fully believe in eliminating positions every year, it's been done that way at Lumos for 10 years. If you're lucky enough, they might offer you your position back at a discounted rate.
There was not one happy in employee in that entire place. As an employee, your entire motive was to keep your head down and hope you weren't picked to get cut at their next round of job cuts where absolutely no logic (other to not get sued for any sort of discrimination) was applied.
