      Friendly and Fun work setting Quality coworkers Strong potential for organizational growth Great balance of a casual yet professional workplace.

      Cons

      Upper management has dishonest fiscal practices Senior management is very buddy-buddy and can be ruthless if you get on their bad side. Very little room for professional/career growth

      Great benefits and the senior leadershp of the company are willing to listen to everyone's opinion and even implement their ideas.

      Cons

      In the past Segovia has had a tough time finding the proper sales leadership but seem to be making progress inthat area
