Pros

Because we are a remote-first company, we can attract top talent from anywhere in the world. That means I get to work with exceptional teammates, and keep my dogs as my daily “coworkers” as well. We are growing rapidly, so there is no shortage of meaningful, high-impact work. Every team member contributes directly to the core mission, and we continue to invest in building new, future-focused products.

Cons

One con of working at Seeq is that we don’t often get to have casual coffee or lunch breaks together, so we can miss out on some of the day-to-day, in-person relationship building. However, with the collaborative tools we use daily to stay connected, plus intentional time spent together in person, I actually feel more connected to my coworkers than ever.

Pros

One of the few software companies genuinely transforming industrial operations rather than just talking about digital transformation. Strong product, great company culture and a place where capable people can really impact in a tangible way. You work alongside highly capable colleagues who are genuinely nice, collaborative, pragmatic, and focused on solving real customer problems. Strong leadership, the company is well managed and is performing exceptionally well.

Cons

Fast growing company, with the natural growing pains of an organization that is not small anymore, but not yet very big. Need to be able to wear multiple hats and take ownership of situations, not necessarily for everybody.

Pros

Seeq has genuinely smart, kind people who care about solving real customer problems, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration across teams. The work is interesting and impactful and the leaders are competent. Everyone is aligned and feels responsible towards the same things.

Cons

Like any growing company, priorities can shift quickly and need to adjust and pivot.
