      colleagues are friendly technology is promising All employees are working hard and smart Employer is nice to employees Benefits are good enough for a startup company New CEO is extremely professional and effective.

      Pros

      1. Positive and easy going work environment. Everyone gets along on the most part and works together with the same vision. 2. Managers and senior engineers are very helpful in regards to providing knowledge and expertise. 3. After acquisition by Bosch, benefits were above market value. We received quarterly bonuses and 401k matching. Health insurance sucks.

      1. Any personal conflicts do not get resolved but just put under the rug.
