If you’re someone who enjoys building from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, and making things better for customers fast, this is the place for you. We move quickly, but with thoughtfulness. Ideas don’t sit in decks forever — if you can make a case, you’ll likely get buy-in and support to execute. Communication is honest and direct, and there’s a strong culture of accountability without politics. Everyone’s scrappy, resourceful, and all-in on making the product and experience world-class.

Not a con for me but could be for some - This isn’t the right place if you want a hyper-structured job or need a lot of hand-holding. It's a startup so priorities shift, things are fast, and expectations are high.
