      Pros

      Sedna is at a genuinely exciting point in its growth. The company has a unique product that solves a real problem for customers, and the focus on value delivery is getting stronger all the time. There’s a lot of collaboration between teams, and people genuinely care about customers and outcomes.

      Cons

      Because the company is scaling quickly, there’s still a lot of building happening - processes, metrics, and roles are evolving. It can feel fast-moving and ambiguous at times, so it’s not ideal for anyone who prefers a fully established environment.

      Pros

      Some really good people work here and the CEO is a nice guy. Remote work and flexibility.

      Cons

      Sedna preaches culture and the importance of it. This company chocolate coats it's true self but once you bite into that's when the disappointment sets in. They are what I would consider chocolate covered brussels sprouts. Sweet looking but at heart composed of smelly cabbage. Sales organization lacks direction and good leadership. Micro management and toxic sales environment. Very little room for career development and growth.
