Nothing you do; no amount of experience you have is going to mean anything. Focus is solely on making sure the numbers look good whether they are actually indicative of quality or not. Competence is rewarded with more work. Incompetence is rewarded with a promotion and ability to blunder through work that will eventually have to be done by someone that is actually competent. Very low starting wages and even less training/education completed by people that were trained by people whole were trained by people who also were not trained.
