Pros
They have a generous time off policy
Cons
I come from a company that recently transitioned many employees to Sedgwick. We read the reviews of overworked employees, questioned the management on it prior to the transition, and were told not to believe everything you read. Well, you better believe the reviews. Our workload has more than doubled in the short 1.5 weeks that we have been at Sedgwick. Everyone is drowning in work, working extra hours (including skipping breaks and lunches), people are to the breaking point, and no one cares. The work keeps coming. They promise that great customer service will be provided for their clients - hah! Not possible with this workload. We are all just putting out fires at this point and complaints are stacking up.
