Pros

People were lovely and welcoming.

Cons

There was quite a lot of frustration within the company with management and how things were handled. Also with the lack of progression and opportunities for a raise. I found my training process quite frustrating as I did not feel there was any set out training process. I was set to my own devices completing online video courses and then was just told to shadow someone for the duration of my training which I didn't find the most conducive.

Pros

Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
