Pros
Overall, a good place to work. Friendly enviroment and good benefits and opprotunities. THey allow a very generous amount of time off and are pretty considerate about personel commitments. Give you the opportunity to grow if you are willing to work hard.
Cons
Not very much opportunity for advancement as there are only a few positions in the TPA industry. In my office, other than supervisor, there are really only 2-3 other positions one can hope to work in. If there were more opportunity for advancement, I would consider this a much better place to work as you can become stuck in a rut.
