Pros
There are no pros. You are nothing but a number to them.
Cons
Beware of working for this predatorial company. You are nothing but a number to them, you keep your head down and process your minimum amount of claims and be sure not to get on the bad side of leads or management or they will seek you out and attack you whenever they can. Also, beware expectant moms, you will be attacked by management and HR upon returning from leave. After severe complications during and after my pregnancy, I was denied paid leave for the typical 8 weeks then after I argued the decision I was placed on final written warning after returning from maternity leave (short term disability), was written up for missing work during my pregnancy due to complications and was denied the incentive plan upon returning to work by manager, who told me I "needed to prove that I could still hit my numbers and audit scores after having a baby". Because according to Sedgwick, once you have a baby, you aren't capable of doing your job.
