*Job Security- Although the company provides a one-month notice period, overall job security is low; in my knowledge, there have been two layoffs. *Salaries are often delayed and not credited on time. *PF deductions were made but not deposited in employees’ PF accounts for almost a year; it required multiple follow-ups and legal action by employees before being resolved.
