Pros
There was a management shake up and a poor leader was forced out, since then top management team has worked very well together.
Products have improved a lot over the last 7 years - their SAP products are especially strong.
My time at Security Weaver has provide me with a crazy number of opportunities to learn, to exercise initiative, and to measure my performance in terms of business oriented outcomes.
Cons
Anyone needing to be spoon fed or who won't go the distance for a customer, won't last long. Culture is hardcore about customer satisfaction and initiative.
Like most growing high tech companies there is more ambiguity here than at the average Fortune 1000 company and that ambiguity can be uncomfortable at times.
The learning curve is steep since almost all employees are expected to know whatever best practices are appropriate for their function (marketing, sales, development, support, etc.) as well as have a sound understanding of SAP technologies, GRC and Audit practices, and security and regulatory risks. This seems to drive a high attrition rate for slow learners.
