I have nothing to say here this place is great. Again there is a reason people stay so long here.

People at the top are knowledgeable, approachable, helpful, and easy to work with. - Outstanding reputation in the industry. - Strong ethical standards. - Great work/life balance - Ability to carve out your own path. - The company hires employees who have the rare combination of humility and drive. This makes working with pretty much anyone in the company a breeze. - They promote from within and recognize achievement.

Not many I have experienced. I would say that sometimes things are a bit unstructured in the work environment, but this is actually preferable for me.
