      Lots of driving. Averaged about 100 miles/day and sometimes even over 400. If company doesn't advertise in your market, you have no job. Salary depends on companies advertising in your market area.

      Pros

      Good pay when you actually had work in your area. Ability to travel for a paycheck, if that's for you. Flexible schedule. Helpful team members. Good communication between different departments. Positive vibe during training.

      Cons

      4 field managers in very short time. Was very sales driven position. Only way to have steady work was to travel to different markets. Training was a joke. Could not even install system at end of training, but I sure could sell you something. Had to email payroll almost every week about missing or wrong pay.
