The team works hard, has fun, and delivers an amazingly useful technology.

Not necessarily a con, but this is a fast-paced startup still figuring out what works and what doesn't. If you're not ready to be on the front lines and experiment with new things/looking for a tried and true playbook, this probably isn't the place for you.
