01. No professionalism 02. Makes false promises to their employee about their salary 03. They want you to work at least 12-14 hrs a day 04. If you are on notice period they will make your life hell 05. They don't do their paperwork on time. They don't give you an offer letter or releasing letter very easily 06. Too much favouritism 07. Zero work-life balance 08. Very toxic working culture 09. Do not believe in their esops 10. Very incompetent seniors 11. They will threaten you about your carrier 12. They only care for their manager and their so-called TL 13. No policies for the employee and they will change employer policies now and then 14. They won't give you your retention bonus if you quit the job 15. They always say we are in loss, so we can't give a good appraisal this year 16. At placement time they will offer you 3.6LPA and when you join the company they will start using the tactics like for now you are on probation period so you will get 7.5 after probation they will give you 10k. and many more..... Join at your own risk.
