Friendly worksplace - Tech Support SecurTek Employee Review

Co-workers are great, very helpful. The head office is unionized (unsure why the other 2 offices aren't). Medical, dental & optical benefits are better than nothing but heard horror stories about short term & long term disability insurance.

Head office management difficult, no appreciation for the employees hard work or their going the extra mile for customers & they always look over our shoulders waiting to pounce (thank the Lord for unions!). Unsure about the other offices.

- Worked with good people at the Aurora station. - Good training.

- Upper management out West didn't really give our operations manager much authority so not it wasn't a very adaptive or flexible culture.
