Pros
The product itself is solid, and the technicians out in the field work incredibly hard under very difficult circumstances.
Cons
Unrealistic scheduling: The daily schedule is so tightly packed that having a proper lunch break is almost impossible. Tasks like vehicle maintenance, inventory, and administration are allocated minimal time, forcing employees to handle them during personal time.
Toxic sales pressure: An aggressive focus on sales targets that often disregard the customer’s actual needs. The pressure is constant, creating an unstable work environment.
Poor workplace culture: Management is passive-aggressive and allows a high-school-like culture to thrive. Instead of receiving constructive feedback, you are met with gossip behind your back and a mocking attitude from peers and supervisors when under stress. Even the sick leave process is unnecessarily bureaucratic, requiring multiple calls to different departments.
