Pros
-Got to work with great and talented people. -Learned a lot. -Mental health therapy provided by company HMO which is rare and a huge plus. -Very caring HRs, Leads and Admins. -Work life balance is great. They have overtime pay, but don't encourage to do OT to avoid burn out. -They have gov mandated benefits, HMO and allowance which is rare for local game companies.
Cons
-Company does not value its talents, due to new ownership. -It takes so long to get promoted. -little growth. Big projects are only given to those with 5 years exp and up. -okay salary for a first job, but it takes ages to get increase.
